Rockin’ 4 Vets brings a Rock n’ Roll Circus to The Cut on November 7 in a benefit event to support The Open Door, a local Gloucester food pantry.
Loaded with high-energy, high-octane rock, the Rock n’ Roll Circus is an explosive show that will be Nothin’ but a House Party.
This great line-up features 2 Grammy nominees, 2 New England Music Hall of Fame inductees, 2 Rhode Island Music Hall of Fame inductees, a New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee, and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominee.
Montgomery, a New England blues legend, has performed across the world as a long-time member of the late Johnny Winter Band and leader of the James Montgomery Band, sharing the stage with artists such as Aerosmith, the Eagles, and Fleetwood Mac, Sly & the Family Stone, Foghat, and the Allman Brothers among others.
Butcher, a guitar slinger, and Grammy Nominee, releasing records on both Polydor and Capital Records, has toured and opened for bands such as the J. Geils Band and Def Leppard. Klein, known as “the Ace on Bass”, is a founding member of Boston’s legendary and globally renowned, J. Geils Band.
The Circus brings its horn section; one that’s second to none. It features Andrew “AC” Clarke, Baron Raymonde and Dan Cipriano. This line-up features performers who have been touring members of bands such as Bruce Springsteen and Rod Stewart and supported other Hall of Fame acts such as Sting, The Beach Boys, The Rascals, Jon Bon Jovi, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, B.B. King, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Dicky Betts, and Ronnie Spector.
Not to be overlooked in this show will be the backing band consisting of drummer AJ Vallee (Southern Rock All-Stars, The Peacheaters, Starr Faithfull and One Night of Queen). Bassist, Tim Archibald (Barry Goudreau’s Engine Room, Peter Wolf’s House Party 5, NEW MAN and American Vinyl All Star Band, w/Skunk Baxter), along with Todd Farland (keys) and James Germana (guitar)
This show is produced by Rockin’ 4 Vets/Alive & Kicking Productions, which produces Vets benefit concerts throughout New England to support organizations assisting Vets on issues related to PTSD, addiction, and homelessness.
